Our program is delivered over two years, commencing in January. It provides support for students to complete the necessary subjects to obtain their QCE, gain vocational experience, knowledge and skills, and obtain a school-based apprenticeship or traineeship.
Students will enrol in five (5) core subjects and courses:
- Essential English
- Essential Mathematics
- Social and Community Studies
- FNS20210 Certificate II in Financial Services
- FSK20119 Certificate II in Skills for Work and Vocational Pathways
Staff from accredited RTOs will deliver trade and vocational programs, while Education Queensland staff from Trinity Bay SHS (RTO 30446) will deliver the subjects and courses listed above.
Enrolment into a Vocational Education Training Course (VET) after the start date may lead to a statement of attainment/s only, rather than the complete qualification.
To obtain a certificate or qualification all students studying a VET course must have a Unique Student Identifier (USI). For more information visit: www.usi.gov.au.
