FNQ Vocational Academy provides ongoing mentoring with a focus on industry readiness. School staff and external providers assit students to maximise their potential for employment as students transition from school to an adult learning and working environment.
We also provide access to other support staff including Guidance Officer, School Nurse and Youth Counsellor.
In addition to this support, TAFE Queensland has a comprehensive Student Support Services unit with a range of support systems. Workplace Health and Safety is a key priority of TAFE Queensland and Workplace Health and Safety officers are available in all areas across the Cairns campus.
